Lifeguard doesn't care about the safety of the small kids, everybody was going on the slide together won't let the kids get out 1st before sending nxt kid down the slide which might kick & hurt them,… Full review by ash B

The pools are absolutely freezing so couldn’t get into them properly. No wave machine, floors dirty, rust marks everywhere, all but 2 life guards were rude. Toilets filthy and toilet holders broken. … Full review by Janine B
